We are committed to providing client satisfaction with all of our products and services.

Ezine subscription refund policy:

If you are a current subscriber to one or both of our email-Ezines, and not completely satisfied with the quality of content, please contact Becky directly at becky@newabilityproductions.com or 907-209-7393, within 45 days of enrollment for a full refund.

Teleclass refund policy:

If you’ve enrolled in an upcoming teleclass and realize that you are unable to attend all of the sessions scheduled, please contact Becky directly at becky@newabilityproductions.com or 907-209-7393, within 24 hours of the teleclass beginning for a full refund. Not contacting Becky directly prior to the teleclass beginning and not attending the class will disqualify you for a refund.

Direct Training & On-site Production Service Refund Policy:

It is our intention to create comprehensive service agreements with families and organizations, from detailed & extensive preplanning conversations. We work very hard to provide the best of service to all of our clients and promise clear, professional and compassionate communication in all of our conversations.

For governmental or private agencies, signing our service agreement prior to service and travel commits you to full payment of outlined service(s) within 30 calendar days of receipt of invoice. Private individuals are required to pay 70% of contract amount prior to travel & PollyMovie™ production, the balance of 30% is due within 30 calendar days of final receipt of invoice. Signing our service agreement commits the agency or individual for payments of services and are non-refundable. Our travel expenses include: airfare, lodging, rental car/taxi, and per diem rate of $60 per day of contract, which will be outlined in our service agreement. Travel time is billed at $150 per half day and $300 per full day of 5 or more hours in transit. Delays in air travel (weather or airline related), or client illness are to be paid as travel time for the New Ability Productions representative.
